The little things

This week I have been thinking a lot about how simple things can bring so much happiness. Sometimes I wish I could see life through the eyes of a child. Here are a few of the things that added extra sunshine to our week.
Awesome Shopping Carts
I seriously go to this store just because Brooklyn LOVES going around in the carts. A happy toddler while shopping makes a HAPPY mommy!

Shovels & a Bucket
Seriously the best $3 I have ever spent. Brooklyn played and played in the dirt and was the popular girl at the park. Everyone wanted to help make sand/dirt castles. She was just so happy!

Big Trucks & Diggers

Ryan and I hate living across the street from a construction site, but Brooklyn LOVES to watch all the big trucks. Whenever she hears one she gets so excited and runs to a window. I have to admit I love that she is entertained long enough for me to finish up some chores. :)
