We can't get enough of Cali!

Brooklyn and I took another trip to California at the end of September. We had fun spending time with family and friends and trying to stay cool in the 100+ weather. Brooklyn LOVED playing with Grandma and Grandpa's dog and trying to catch the cat that always ran away from her. I was surprised at how well the dog did with her, it would let her pull his tail and semi tackle it. It was pretty funny, but not as cute as Brooklyn sitting down laughing her head off because the cat had run away again.

San Francisco

While we were there we took a trip to San Francisco to visit my friend Amy and her cute little family. We had fun hanging out with them and going to the beach and the wharf. This is the only picture I have from our visit with them because my camera died, but that's Amy's foot so that's proof. :)

On the way home from San Francisco we ended up getting a little lost and then taking an extra long way home. I pulled off the highway somewhere around Modesto when Brooklyn was having a melt down and I was blessed that right across the street there were TONS of cows. It was the perfect distraction and a great photo op. :)

The Zoo

While we were there we also took another trip to the Zoo with Grandma. It was so much fun! The highlights were...

This was seriously so funny the llama was going right for her face so I quickly leaned back and Brooklyn was just laughing and laughing!

Feeding the Giraffes

This is a pic right after, but Brooklyn and I held up leaves for the giraffes and Brooklyn was shocked that they ate them out of her hands. She was a little freaked out at first, but then she gladly offered them another one.

After Brooklyn saw this she kept her face against the glass waiting for more

The Zoo was a blast, My mom and I just loved watching Brooklyn light up as she saw and was able to touch some of the animals.

The Beach

And the last thing we were able to do, was to go to the beach with my family. We had fun...
