Mothers Day

I love Mothers Day, I have always loved the excitement of trying to help my mom have an extra special day. Now that I am a mom, I LOVE it even more.  

I am so thankful for Brooklyn and  for the opportunity I have to be a mother. She fills me with so much love and happiness. Brooklyn is obviously to little to spoil me, but her wonderful papa did.

 Aren't they beautiful!? I am so lucky to have such a great husband and as the card Ryan gave me said 'partner-in-sleeplessness'.

I am also SO thankful for my wonderful mother. 

She has always been there to support me, encourage me, laugh with me, and teach me. She has taught me countless lessons not only through her words, but her actions. The most important lessons she taught me are that I am important and loved, the value of work, the importance of serving others, and to have absolute faith in our Savior. I hope that these are all things that my children will learn and that I can one day be as selfless and loving as my mother.
