Planes, Brains, & Candy Canes

Christmas has always been my favorite holiday and this year we were so excited to share it with Brooklyn. I know she is too little to understand Christmas, but she enjoyed the lights, the tree, and all of the colorful paper. We had fun singing her Christmas songs, taking christmasy photos, and having her 'unwrap' her presents.

This year we had an early Christmas at home and then we spent Christmas in Ottawa, Ontario with Ryan's family. We enjoyed a nice white christmas and spent most of our stay indoors since it was freezing outside. It was so fun to stay in our pjs as long as we wanted, play games, have great food, get to know each other better, and just relax. It was so nice!

We were there for new years as well, and New Year's Day Brooklyn pushed up her very first tooth. Our smart little girl wanted to start off the new year with teeth. :) The pearly whites will all be here soon!
