Surprise!

On July 19th we were surprised by my water breaking at three in the morning. Our little girl would be here within 24 hours and the hospital bags weren't packed, the clothes weren't washed, I was supposed to have ten more days!
I had plenty of time to get ready since my contractions weren't really regular until about 2:00pm. We waited all day for them to get close enough together and then called our midwife. She arrived at about 11:30pm and was shocked that I was already fully dilated and she could feel the head. Everything went really well, I was really thankful to have Ryan and my mother in law Laurie there to help me. We couldn't be happier or more in love with our little girl, we think she is absolutely perfect. Here are a few pictures right after she was born
