Two years down, eternity to go

It seems kind of wierd to think that it has been two years already, but at the same time it seems like its been even longer. Ryan and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on Monday and it was wonderful!! We both had the day off so we got to enjoy the whole day together. We started the day off with our favourite breakfast french toast and smoothies and then went ice skating. We had a blast! Everyone was impressed by my cool outfit and mad skills.

Okay well maybe i looked a bit more like this...

Just kidding ;) I didn't fall. I did start to learn how to skate backwards though. It is definatly harder than it looks, but with help from Ryan and a cute little 70 year old woman who gave me a few pointers, I was able to do it. After ice skating we headed down to the beach to enjoy some of the warmer weather. The beaches up here are a little rockier than the nice beaches in California or Mexico, but we had fun walking around and soaking it all in. We love going to the beach and I think the Mountains and Vancouver are beautiful in the background.

After the beach we went out to dinner, which was delicious. Overall we had a great anniversary and look forward to many more.
